Important Machine Service Instructions

To ensure we can process your repair efficiently, please follow the steps below:

• Machines sent without a Return Authorization Number (RA#) will not be accepted.

• Your RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the package and included inside with your machine.

• If your machine is outside of its 2-year warranty period, additional service fees may apply

• Once your repair is complete, payment must be received within 6 months. If it is not, the machine will be considered abandoned and responsibly discarded.

How to Request a Repair

Pack Your Machine with Care

Once you’ ve received your RA#, package your machine securely. Be sure to include a printed copy of your RA# in the box. Please note: Microbeau is not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit.

Ship It Back to Us

Send your package using a shipping method with tracking. For U.S. customers, we recommend using UPS or FedEx for reliable service.

    Warranty Repairs:



    All machine purchases from Microbeau.com or authorized distributors worldwide on or after January 1st, 2023, automatically qualify for our 2-Year Warranty. Machines purchased prior this date will still qualify for our 1-Year Warranty. Both warranties cover any manufacturer's defect.


    However, the Warranty is voided if:

    • Machine shows signs of being dropped
    • Machine shows signs of ink/liquid within the internal body and motor components
    • Machine shows signs of tampered with
    • Machine shows sign of internal parts replaced on your own

    Non-Warranty Repairs:

    If it has been longer than a year since you purchased your device, you are still able to send in your device to be repaired. If your repair requires a payment, we will email you before proceeding with any type of repair.


    Service turnaround times:

    We ask for up to 15 BUSINESS days from the day we receive your machine for a diagnosis to be completed by our technicians.


    Replacement Parts:

    Microbeau does offer some replacement parts but not all. Please visit our replacement pageOpens a new window. If you do not see the replacement part your looking for, this would mean that we do not have it for sale online. You would have to send in your machine into our service department to have that piece replaced. Any internal body components on any of our machines will not be found for sale online.
