Orders placed through a verified account will ship within 24-48 hours. New orders or orders subject to additional verification will be shipped within 3-5 business days after verification. Please note that lead times may increase to 5-10 business days during holidays or special promotions.What shipping service does Microbeau use?
Domestic packages are shipped via USPS priority mail and will generally arrive within 3-5 business days. International orders will be shipped USPS Express Mail and normally arrive within 5-10 business days however, this is ultimately determined by the customs process and the receiving country's postal service.
We also ship via UPS upon request.Will I have to sign for my machine?
As a convenience to our clients, we do not require a signature upon delivery. All packages are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. If you would like to require a signature upon delivery, please feel free to leave us a note at checkout and we will be able to include this option.Are machines guaranteed? What does the Warranty cover?
All machines are guaranteed and come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. For further information regarding machine warranty and servicing, please visit the "Service your Machine" section of the site.
Please note: the lifetime warranty does not cover items subject to general 'wear and tear' such as springs/contact screws/armature bars, nor does it cover neglect or misuse of the machine including dropping, over lubrication, or use of the machine for anything other than its intended purpose.
The Motor of the Spektra Xion S machine is under warranty against manufacturer's defects for 1 year after purchase.
We will provide service to all Microbeau Spektra machines, but a small fee will apply for all issues not covered under warranty. Warranty will be null and void, and you will be responsible for cost of service and replacement of parts, if machine is returned disassembled, and/or there is evidence of improper maintenance. To avoid this, please make sure you don’t take apart the machine. Ensure you clean it regularly using the proper cleaning solutions and techniques, and only use ink cartridges with protective membrane to prevent fluids getting into the machine.Will Microbeau warranty cover my machine if I bought it from a distributor?
Yes. We offer support to all machines bought from any of our official Distributors. However, be aware of scammers and copycats as we will not cover counterfeit/ fake machines.What is the Return Policy?
Due to cross contamination issues, and that all Microbeau machines are custom built to order, we do not accept returns. All machine sales are final. We do, however, guarantee all our machines. Each machine comes with a lifetime warranty. If you experience any type of problem with a Microbeau machine, please feel free to contact us at Sales@Microbeau.com or call us at 1-855-354-7667. We will work with you to troubleshoot and fix any issues, or we can arrange to have the machine shipped back to us for repair. We are very selective regarding who sells our machines. In order to be considered for distributorship, you need to prove that your company is established in the business. We also require solid references that show that your company only sells to professional artists. We will decline any request from suppliers or individuals that sell to the general public or any supplier that carries counterfeit products of any legitimate brand.
