Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at (410) 712-0145 to see if your order is eligible for cancellation. Once an order has been printed at our facility, it can no longer be canceled. If cancellation isn’t possible, we’ll be happy to assist with a return once the order is received.

Manage addresses in your account under “Addresses.” Use the edit icon to update or the delete icon to remove.

Which shipping methods do you offer?
We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and local delivery. Available options will appear at checkout based on your location.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
What are the estimated shipping time frames?
All in-stock orders ship within 24 to 72 business hours (typically 1–3 days). Delivery time varies by chosen shipping method.

What does the Microbeau machine warranty cover?
All machines have a two-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship. Proof of purchase is required.
Warranty is void if the machine shows signs of physical damage, liquid intrusion, unauthorized tampering, or non-authorized repairs.
Will the warranty cover machines purchased from distributors?
Yes, warranty covers machines bought from Microbeauand authorized distributors only. Please be wary of counterfeitmachines—they are not eligible for coverage.
Does Microbeau accept returns on machines?
Due to health and safety regulations, all machine sales are final. However, every machine includes a two-year warranty and repair options. We’re here to assist with setup, troubleshooting, or service requests to ensure you get the best from your purchase.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Klarna, and Shop Pay.
How do I use store credit?
When issued, you’ll receive a 16-digit gift card code via email. Enter it in the “Discount Code or Gift Card” field at checkout.
