      IMPORTANT: We will not accept any packages that do not have an RA# on it. You must include a copy of RA# along with your machine in the package

      If your machine is no longer covered by the 2-year warranty period, there may be an additional cost to service your machine. Once a repair or machine service is completed, for a machine which is not covered under the warranty, payment must be made within 6 months or we will consider this item as abandoned and dispose of it.


      Step 1
      To obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#), please fill out the Service Request Form below and click submit. You will be contacted via email with an RA# and further instructions.


      Step 2
      Once you have received a RA# through your email, you are all set to prepare your package. Please make sure to securely package your machine. We are not responsible for lost or damaged machines during transit.


      Step 3
      Ship package to Microbeau via a shipping method that has tracking capabilities. We highly recommend using UPS or FedEx when shipping within the United States.

      Warranty Repairs:



      All machine purchases from Microbeau.com or authorized distributors worldwide on or after January 1st, 2023, automatically qualify for our 2-Year Warranty. Machines purchased prior this date will still qualify for our 1-Year Warranty. Both warranties cover any manufacturer's defect.


      However, the warranty is voided if:

      • Machine shows signs of being dropped
      • Machine shows signs of ink/liquid within the internal body and motor components
      • Machine shows signs of tampered with
      • Machine shows sign of internal parts replaced on your own

      Non-Warranty Repairs:

      If it has surpassed the time of your device's warranty, you are still able to send in your device to be repaired. If your repair requires a payment, we will email you before proceeding with any type of repair.


      Service turnaround times:

      We ask for up to 15 BUSINESS days from the day we receive your machine for a diagnosis to be completed by our technicians.


      Replacement Parts:

      Microbeau does offer some replacement parts but not all. Please visit our replacement page. If you do not see the replacement part your looking for, this would mean that we do not have it for sale online. You would have to send in your machine into our service department to have that piece replaced. Any internal body components on any of our machines will not be found for sale online.
