Use Proper Cleaning/Sanitation Methods
Microbeau is hyper-aware of the vitality in keeping your PMU device sanitized at all times. The first thing that we suggest you to do is read the device’s manual carefully before deciding to clean it. This will ensure that you are aware of all the machine’s features to be mindful of when cleaning and in turn, prevent you from accidentally damaging your device. Things such as utilizing a liquid cleaner on a digital interface can cause irreparable damage. We recommend that you invest in a high-quality cleaning tool like an autoclave or ultrasonic cleaner and that you use a no-lint/ clinical disinfectant on the machine’s body.
When Cleaning, Never Do Any of the Following
- Disassemble your device
- Use running water
- Clean with bleach
Keep Your Device in a Safe Location
During a busy workday it can be easy to lose track of where and how exactly you place your PMU tools. We highly suggest that you try your best not to leave your PMU device laying around. Placing your device on a non-level surface can cause it to fall and be damaged. Where you place your device is critical and can lead to cross-contamination
Use Original Microbeau Accessories
Although your PMU device may be compatible with other PMU brand’s accessories, although your PMU device may be compatible with other PMU brand accessories, we suggest you use Microbeau original cables and batteries, specifically designed to optimize the device. Using another brand’s accessories can potentially cause damage over time that is not covered by your warranty.
Regularly Schedule Your Device for Maintenance with Microbeau
